I have been taking my cars to Cool Air for 31 years, and they have always treated my cars like they were their own. I recently had a car problem when I was out of town, and I had to go somewhere else. That experience made me appreciate Cool Air even more. Cool Air is an honest business and they are very knowledgeable. So, you'll get a fair price here and your time won't be wasted as they fish for the problem.

Thanks for having my car towed from your empty customer parking lot on a day you were closed, while I was at a neighboring business who's parking lot was full. The company I work for has been a previous customer of yours, never again. While it is your right to have cars towed from your property, it isn't always the right thing to do, or very smart. Doing so on a day you are closed is petty and unneighborly. I live and work in the community you serve, and will be sure to tell everyone I know about this. I guarantee it will cost you much more in lost business than the $313 the tow company you use charged me.

Sometime around the mid 1990s, whenever my barely-held-together jalopy wouldn't cool, my family elders voiced "son, take it to Cool Air." 30 years later, my little commuter car stopped cooling. So I took it to Cool Air. You have to love a shop that's every bit as consistent, honest, and fair as the day they opened. These days I like to shadetree-tinker on cars for fun, but sometimes I just need an expert to do the things that I don't have the tools to do. This shop got me taken care of quickly and correctly. They were prompt and up front with communication. I'm impressed. I'll not forget that when the next youngin complains about their car not cooling.…
